Our cattery was built in 2005 to the same construction as a domestic property including a full central heating system with radiators in every pen. This ensures that the pens are warm and cozy in the chilly winter months but stay cool and comfortable in the summer.
We have been running the cattery for the past 9 years and have a large customer base with many customers returning time and time again, this has allowed us to really get to know your cats and understand their every need during their stay with us.
We are fully licenced by Broadland District Council in accordance with The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. Licence Number BE09.
Our opening times are as follows:

Tuesday- 9am-12pm 4pm-6pm
Thursday- 9am-12pm 4pm 6pm
Friday- 9am-12pm 4pm 6pm
We are closed on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
On arrival your cat will be greeted with a warm cozy pen with a ready made litter box, we will then provide them with food and water along with a bed if needed to ensure they get settled in and comfortable as quick as we can.
Some people prefer to bring their own beds along with other home comforts and toys but this is completely up to you.
Our pens consist of a large indoor space perfect for eating and relaxing along with another large area for sitting out in the sunshine and exercising.
Here at Bay Willow we do stock a wide range of food consisting of both wet and dry food from most of the well known brands but if your cat prefers a more specific food we do ask that you provide this along with any special dietary needs.

Some kind words from our customers
"Absolutely amazing! I have been taking both of my cats to Julie for a few years now and they love it. Super friendly and looks after the girls as if they were her own! Highly recommended!"
"First time for me at Bay Willow Cattery and I was greeted by a very friendly owner, who is quite obviously a cat lover. This left me feeling very confident and happy that my two "boys", would be well looked after. After collecting them today, I could tell very soon after getting them home that they were a lot less stressed then their previous stays at other local catteries. They have got straight back into their usual routines as if they'd never been away. This is a positive for me, as my cats are not usually very good with new people or surroundings. It was a pleasure to deal with Julie and I will definitely be going back again. Thoroughly recommend them........"
"Our cat seems to love it there"
